• Schematic Design (SD) Phase:

During this phase, we establish the foundational shape of the building. Whether starting from scratch, working with our team, or utilizing received drawings in PDF or CAD format, we create a 3D model that represents the main structure. The level of development (LOD) is 100/200, with schematic representations of floorplans, facade views, sections, openings, finishes, spaces, interior elements, and VR-ready files for a walkthrough experience. Quality control is conducted at the end of this phase to ensure accuracy.

  • Design Development (DD) Phase:

As your design progresses, we refine the building model for layout purposes. The design, specifications, and materials are finalized, and the LOD is elevated to 300/350. Our detailed model includes floorplans, facade views, sections, openings, finishes, spaces, interior elements, schedules, and quantities. We prioritize quality control and revisions, applying them three times during this phase. After each revision, we provide output files in PDF and CAD formats. Additionally, you will receive high-quality textures, a full BIM Revit file, and VR-ready files for an immersive walkthrough experience at the end of the design development phase.

  • Construction Document (CD):

During this critical phase, we produce a comprehensive set of construction documents. This set includes detailed architectural drawings necessary for the successful implementation of your project. The LOD is elevated to 400, ensuring precision and clarity. We conduct quality control and revisions once during this phase to guarantee accuracy. The output files are delivered in PDF, CAD, and Revit formats with high-quality textures included and a VR-ready file for an immersive walkthrough experience.

  • Collaboration-Ready BIM Projects: Enhance collaboration and communication with full BIM projects that allow stakeholders to navigate and understand the design in a comprehensive manner. These files can be utilized for presentations, walkthroughs, and design coordination

  • Initial Consultation: To meet the client's vision, requirements, budget, and timeline, gather information, and clarify expectations.

  • Concept Development: Based on the client's input, design brief, and measured/3D scanned space (In case we start working on an existing building) we create initial design concepts. This phase involves exploring different styles, themes, color schemes, and spatial layouts to capture the desired aesthetic and functionality of the space. Conceptual presentations, mood boards, and 3D renderings may be used to communicate ideas

  • Design Development: Once the client approves a concept, our team refines the design, focusing on detailed space planning, material selection, furniture arrangement, lighting design, and other key elements. This phase involves creating more detailed drawings, specifications, coordination with the MEP team, and sample boards to illustrate the proposed design in greater depth

  • Documentation and Specifications: At this stage, we create detailed documentation, including floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations, sections, material specifications, finishes, schedules, and construction details. These documents serve as a guide for the construction or renovation process and help communicate design intent to contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Procurement and Project Management: Within the scope of negotiation, we assist with sourcing and procurement of furnishings, fixtures, and materials. This involves selecting suppliers, coordinating purchases, and managing deliveries. Additionally, we oversee the project's progress, liaise with contractors, and ensure that the design is implemented according to the plan
  • Installation and Styling: Once the construction or renovation work is complete, we oversee the installation of furniture, fixtures, and accessories. We arrange and style the space, adding finishing touches to
